The first book in a new series from Bella a what a delicious mystery it is. This is Callie's story and what happens after she makes one bad fateful mistake. From that moment her life changes and nothing will be the same again.
Although at times not an easy read it was addictive I couldn't stop once I started. I felt such anger for her, she was let down by her friends, family and the system. The writing makes you feel like your right there experiencing it all with her. The pain and disappointments are so vividly written.
Callie becomes determined to find out the truth no matter how much danger it puts her in and she is because someone is watching her. She has one friend from her past Jo whose own story is woven in so cleverly. Ethan has been her protector and her champion determined to make her see she is worth more than that one mistake. When she starts to make new friends things start to look up including Tanner the mysterious bad boy who makes her feel wanted.
We all know secrets never stay secret for long ..... the cliffhanger is a huge and is going to change everything.
