Venomous Games by T.L. Smith My rating: 5 of 5 stars Maven has got to be my favorite female character that TL Smith has created, I love them all but she is such a badass. Boston has met his match and even though Maven acts all tough, she has a soft spot for the ones she loves. And boy did they both fall fast. I enjoyed their banter and sext scenes. Forbidden Vow by Lilith Vincent My rating: 5 of 5 stars 4.5 star Loved this book but it was missing something… not sure what but… The angst! The drama. The everything! I love Damiano possessiveness when it comes to Lucy. And I loved Lucy’s tenacity about life and what she wants. Parts I didn’t like where the mob/mafia part of this story… I felt like that was a side piece to the story but it needed to be more since it’s an underlined narrative of the whole storyline.
