It's a slow day for Helena Duncombe if she's not scandalizing the ton with her daring fashions and sharp wit. Enjoying herself makes it easier to hide a dark reality. Very good story. There was a lot of intrigue and sexual tension. Helena and Julian made a good team. They worked to keep Lord Chauncey at bay. They also solved an international crime. The plot flowed well and kept my attention. I would like to read Sophia's story!
