Their story is enemies to lovers. The lovers part (sparks fly) ⚡️❤️🔥 if you know Bella you know she is the queen of spice. This story is right up there with her spiciest books. There is one part…. I died.
Holy Mother Of Moses this book is FREAKING EPIC. The 7th book in the Dark Sovereign series went beyond my expectations.
It was that, or marry a man my father auctioned me to when I was a little girl.
I knew my father wouldn’t make it easy, but color me surprised when he sends Caelian Del Rossa to find me.
The man is a menace.
Arrogant.
Infuriating.
Enigmatic.
He thinks he’s my knight in shining armor.
I’m convinced he’s nothing more than my father’s retriever.
Turns out my father asked the Dark Sovereign for help to get him out of the deal and me out of the marriage from hell.
Their solution?
Marry Caelian instead.
Granted, like me, he’s not exactly thrilled about it. But he’s a Del Rossa.
Loyalty runs in his veins. He’ll do what’s expected of him.
But I’m not a puppet. I can’t be controlled or manipulated.
No smoldering looks or electrifying touches are going to tame me.
And definitely not that one little thing that seems to set every nerve in my body on fire.
The one thing that makes Caelian so dangerously seductive.
The hunt.
Caelian by Bella J.
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
😩 I knew that cliffy would be rough and that this book would have a choke hold on me. Caelian is everything I expected and more. The hunter of the brothers, likes women and doesn’t mind getting his hands dirty. When Giana enters his life everything turns upside down. She’s a brat and pushes him at times further than he would like. At times her behavior was just childish for someone who grew up knowing what her family does and the other families. But they are a good mix of filth and as much as she pushes him, he pushes her right back. Testing boundaries and both having to let go and just be with each other. The cliff hanger came quick and as mentioned before is rough. Now to wait for the next book.
