My Wicked Heart is book 2 in the Wicked Poison series and you do need to read book 1 first. At the end of book 1, I was completely over August and his choices. He does redeem himself in My Wicked Heart. I do adore Rylee and her strength throughout both books. I enjoyed the twists and turns this series took. This series isn’t what I expect from a TL Smith book, I was expecting dark but what I got was longing, angst and heartbreak. Not disappointed in any of this just different. I do hope we get Beckett’s story. 🤞🤞
