That's what my mom is always saying: "The bigger you are, the harder you fall." She's talking about love—I've never been in it myself, but that doesn't stop me from secretly matchmaking for my friends. Who would suspect me, a world class athlete, of meddling in other people's love lives? I love Love, especially when it’s not me who’s doing the falling…
"No Thanks."
That's what Hollis Westbrooke said when I asked her on a date. Well, propositioned her, actually—but it was all a big joke; one she doesn't think is funny. My stomach is in knots since I might actually like this girl so the joke is on me. Hollis’s father is my boss—and she doesn't date players.
The bigger they are, the harder they fall—especially when biggest player is me.

So I'm not sure what I loved more... The banter between Hollis and Trace, Trace and his brother Tripp or the conversations that happen at their parents house during dinner. Let's just say Trace and Tripp are way to honest and have some wild conversations!! I laughed so freakin throughout most of the book!! Despite all the laughs, there were some really sweet moments between them. They complicate each other so well. Trace has this way of annoying you but at the same time, you find yourself falling in love with him and laughing along right there with him. Hollis is the bosses daughter but she is more then that. She's strong and smart, determined to do her own thing rather then follow in her dad's footsteps. I absolutely loved her and the way she was around Trace. He opened her up and made her realize that not all ball players are bad people. He showed her that he does in fact have a heart and that he does care for her. This book was so much fun to read!!! If you don't fall in love with Trace, then there is something wrong with you
