Pure Lust Volume 1
This book jumps right into Gabriella’s life and boy is it a rollercoaster ride. The volume flies by and leaves you wanting more. She is a modern day Cinderella from Tennessee who moved to New York to follow her dreams to write. Along the way she just wants to find her prince charming and romance. The chemistry when she meets Flynn is so hot. He turns out to be a jerk and she ends upon stumbling upon Edward at a party. He seems perfect but he is keeping so many secrets. Is he her prince charming? The book ends with a cliffhanger and leaves you wanting volume 2 immediately.
Pure Lust Volume 2
This picks up right where Volume 1 left off. I can't put these books down. Gabriella and Edward’s relationship continues to grow but did they jump into things too quickly? Gabs can't be herself with Edward and always feels like she isn't good enough for him. His mother does not help things at all. While she feels like Edward is the perfect guy she can’t help but still feel the attraction and chemistry she had with Flynn from the beginning. I love Cody and their relationship. He is a much needed friend for Gabriella. Bring on Volume 3 right now please!
Pure Lust Volume 3
Great job by M.S Parker and Cassie Wild! This series just continues to get better. Life just keeps getting messier for Gabriella. Wedding planning is not going well and Edward seems oblivious to everything going on in her life. I feel like even though he seemed so perfect in the beginning more flaws keep showing up- just proving no one is as perfect as you think. Gabriella only shows him her true self when she reaches the end of her rope on dealing with his mother. I feel like the relationship is no longer a positive one for her. She’s such a great person she deserves to be happy. Her friendship with Cody is her saving grace. It’s too bad he is gay! He’s the best guy of the 3 brothers. This has a crazy cliffhanger! I need Volume 4 now!!! I want to find out how everything ends.
