The Wallflower is a bully romance, it’s dark but not super dark. Read the triggers if you have any concern. Bel and Drew’s story isn’t rainbows and roses. I really wanted Drew to stand up for himself to his dad but fear is a strong emotion. Bel is just trying to go to school and take care of her mom. Drew gets what he wants and he wants Bel.  The twists at the end were surprising. Now to wait for book 2 so we can see what happens after that cliffy.
