He wasn’t just a rock star to her, and she wasn’t just any woman to him.

JACK HOWARD is a gorgeous rock star with a tragic past. He's a nice guy. Since that terrible day, he has strived to do the right thing. Only with his disastrous marriage finally ending, he’s decided it’s time to take a walk on the wilder side of nice while on this tour.

LORELEI LANE is a working girl with no future. She's a beauty in disguise, a woman broken by circumstances trying her best to turn her life around. She's hungry, homeless, and needs someone to believe in her. Her furry traveling companion Prince loves her, but his faith can only take her so far.

JACK is the handsome drummer and backup vocalist in Rush's group. He has impressive rhythm and sexy moves, but the world seems to have forgotten that he was once a teen idol in New Horizon, the most popular boy band in music history.

LORELEI is a woman who hides her heart, denies her talent, and does what she must to survive. She never allows herself to think about the boy who betrayed her, or the time she got so close, only to fall short of making her dream come true. When chance brings Jack and Lorelei together backstage, will one night lead to a new beginning for both of them or will dangerous secrets and past mistakes capsize any hope they have for happiness?

The Right Song is a modern-day retelling of The Little Mermaid. It is a steamy romance packed with emotion and just the right amount of page turning angst. It will bring tears to your eyes, but it will also make you smile. It is an uplifting story. Do not read it if you want a book with a sad ending. Do you believe in fairy tales? In happily ever after? In love?

United Indie Book Blog Review

Reviewer: Amy

Rating: 4 stars

This book was so beautifully written. Two people who have been thru some rough times come together and ignite passion. Healing from the past and moving on from grief is what's happening. Lorelai has a jagged past and it still haunts her. She can't believe someone like Jack would want her and want to have the best in life.  She takes a little to warm up to this. Jack, on the other hand, is a rock star. Tragedy happened and his world was rocked. Meeting Lorelai and falling instantly for her, brought back his love for music and his heart open for love.  There's hurdles they have to jump over and counseling that happens but in the end, they both find what they need to be happy. Their relationship moves fast and there's drama along the way. I really liked this book and the characters in it. It
was nice to see all the healing and broken relationships become whole again. This touches on some sensitive topics and the author handles it with so much care and love.  Very well done!

Death of the Spirit (Crossing Death #2) by Rick Chiantaretto Blog Tour

Death of the Spirit *Crossing Death #2* Genre~Dark Fantasy/Occult I have no idea who I am anymore. In Los Angeles, I would have given anything to go home to Orenda, my world where magic was alive and nature spoke to me. Now that I'm back I feel out of place, burdened with responsibility. The human part of me misses the simplicity of Earth, the mage part begs for connection with magic, and the demon part? I don't want to admit that exists. As the darkness inside me grows, I’ll learn to sacrifice for the greater good, as my people have always done. In order to save my family (both mage and human alike), I must face my nightmare, embrace the demon, and descend into the shadowy world of my enemy—the Hell of the Damned. Once there, I will have nothing left to fear but myself: Edmund Gavel, human, mage, demon... maybe monster.
