Sydney Carr knows better than to mix business with pleasure. She’s had a long, hard road to get to where she is now. She landed her dream job, and she’s not about to risk it all for the newest basketball recruit.
The stakes are high for Colson Rush. When he’s traded to the Miami Blaze, his focus is on one thing—winning. But when he helps a fiery redhead fight off a mugger, he can’t deny the sparks between them. Although she tries, neither can she.
Too bad she’s his new coach’s daughter.
Giving into the temptation is one personal foul neither of them can back down from.
Personal Foul was previously featured in the Playing to Win Anthology and is now expanded to a full-length novel.

UNITED INDIE BOOK BLOG REVIEW
REVIEWER: AMY
RATING: 4 STARS
I gotta say this wasn't my favorite book so this review is probably more of a 3.5 star rating then a 4. I liked both Sydney and Colson but there were issues for me.First off, calling Colson two different names throughout the book was a bit much. I get that his boys called him Rush and that others called him by name but man did it take a little to get used to it. Also I felt that it was a bit fast for them to get together but considering when the book ended, I guess it made sense in a way. Oh and the drama between the bunny and Sydney really wasn't needed in my opinion. My final complaint was all the inner dialogue.. it was a bit much and drove me crazy! I don't want to throw all the bad in your face because there was good parts in this book. Sydney and Colson helped a lot of kids have fun and see their futures, whether it be in basketball or other places. I loved the bond they had with Isaac. When it ended, I honestly wanted more. There's so much more that can be added to it. I wasn't ready for it end.
