OMG! I've volunteered to review this book for United Indie Book Blog. I love to read stories from Tia Louise. This is Sawyer and Mindy story. Sawyer is the brother of Mindy's best friend. Sawyer had to grow up very quickly at a young age. Mindy has always been in love with Sawyer since she was younger. This is an emotional roller coaster ride that I didn't want too end. It shows how to deal with overcoming demons and struggles that comes with life. They both saw each other as their rock or anchor in each others lives. Can they finally have their second chance? This can be read as a standalone. Keep up the amazing work! I can't wait to read more from this author.

Moving, emotional, sexy story
I like the characters in this book. The community works together to get the peach harvest done. Sawyer is the head of his family, but he is learning to delegate the load. His time in the Army colors his perception of life now. PTSD comes into play during a time he never would have thought it would. The depiction of this is sometimes hard to handle, but I'm glad it is shown in a realistic way. It is good that Sawyer is able to get the help that he needs. He is not weak because he accepts help. So much more is needed to help our veterans deal with the trauma of war.
Mindy has known Sawyer since they were teens. They have been drawn to each other, but life has separated them. When they allow the attraction to grow it is fun to read. She is able to get advice from her friend, Mrs. Irene. They have a sweet relationship.   
I look forward to reading Deacon's story. He has been in this book in a minor way. I have enjoyed this series.
