My rating: 4 of 5 stars
I was given an ARC of this book for an honest review. This is the second full length book in the series. I knew right from the blurb that I would enjoy this story and I was right.
Luke and Rae are on the case. This time a serial killer is using the Major Arcana of the Tarot deck. This leads them to New Orleans during Mardi Gras for a psychic convention.
The book started off a little slow for me but I was caught up in the story about 1/3 of the way in. I couldn’t wait to learn more about the case and to find out who the serial killer is.
If you love mysteries with just a hint of romance, New Orleans, Mardi Gras, psychics, cemeteries, and serial killers then definitely check out this book. With that being said, remember that this is part of a series… I recommend the entire series!
