This book has it hot moments and they are steamy… however, I feel like it’s all very rushed. There wasn’t much build up for the characters and the story.
The drama parts of the book feel like they were added to give the book the drama to go along with the heat and possibly connect the characters together more but to me, it fell short on that aspect.
Eve is kind of likable but at times just not a strong female lead like I would normal read in books like this.
Tanner is a guy who likes a little kink… there was a darker element to him but that was almost instantly swept away which I feel like could have preluded into something huge for this book.
A part of me feels like there’s plot holes through out and shifts within certain scenes and interactions that got to me a little.

All in all, solid book for a first time reader of this author.
