This was a good book. The main character broke my heart. I dont think I could handle living in those time. It may have been simpler but it wasn't. Selene suffered since she was young. Things changed for her one night. Nothing went right. All she wanted to do was help her sister get better. Was she able to help her sister? What happened in Selene's life? Did things ever get better? Get this book, you won't regret it.
