His In the Dark is a Hades and Persephone dark romance retelling. I love how open Hades is with his feelings towards Persephone and how he wants to make her stronger and better. Persephone is struggling in Olympus with who she is and what is happening to her powers when she finds herself in the Underworld with Hades. There she is strong and her powers grow. The ending is harsh and I’m hoping the date given for book 2 is just a placeholder. I need it now!
