Torched Spades is book 1 in the Marchesi Empire Duet and does end on a cliffhanger. 😭 So Johnny and Becca are hot right from the being. Lots of twists and turns. I’m not even sure what or who to believe anymore. And I’m ready to get my hands on book 2.
