Secretly hooking up with the team captain's sister was a bad idea.

In my defense, the first time I saw her I didn't know who she was.

Kind, gorgeous, a little naรฏve. Ginny brightened my world from day one.

I knew I was no good for her. She was just out of a relationship and I had a reputation for having a new girl in my bed every weekend.

I tried to do the right thing. Honest.

I'm the one who insisted we should be just friends.

That lasted about as long as you'd expect.

But Ginny? She's the best--best friend, best everything.

So yeah, hooking up with the team captain's sister wasn't a great idea.

Would I do it again?

In a heartbeat.

  UNITED INDIE BOOK BLOG REVIEW
RATING: 4 STARS

I've really enjoyed the world of Valley U. We now venture from basketball to hockey. Heath and Ginny are both likeable characters. I really enjoyed the chemistry between the two and their friendship in the beginning- who knew where ice cream sundaes could lead ;). What started as a secret romance turns into so much more for each of them. You sometimes forget how young they are. There is a great cast of supporting characters. It was a really sweet fun college sports romance. I am looking forward to some of the other guys getting their own stories.
REVIEW BY CATHY

Fantastic! I've volunteered to review this book for United Indie Book Blog. Secret Puck is the first book in a new bran series called Campus Nights. This is Heath and Ginny's story. I love to read Rebecca Jenshak stories. Heath is the teammate to Ginnyโ€™s brother, Adam. Ginny is ready to start her freshman year at Valley U. The chemistry between Ginny & Heath was undeniable. I found that they balanced each other, and that you just can't help but root for them. It's not just a brother's best friend, it's even more since Ginny is Health's hockey captain's little sister too. Secret Puck is a steamy little forbidden romance that will capture your attention from the beginning. They both decide to be in the friend zone. But can they get out of that said friend zone? I can't wait to read the next book in this new series. Keep up the amazing work!

They say I have the voice of an angel. I almost gave all that up, thanks to a traumatic experience at the start of my career. Instead of letting it define me, I chose to rise above. I showed everyone what a woman on a mission could accomplish, and now Iโ€™m living my dream. After one chance meeting, my entire world changes. Austin is every womanโ€™s fantasy, and he wants me. While the attraction is there for me as well, I donโ€™t need any distractions right now. Austin Jones Focused. Driven. Death of the Spirit (Crossing Death #2) by Rick Chiantaretto Blog Tour

Death of the Spirit *Crossing Death #2* Genre~Dark Fantasy/Occult I have no idea who I am anymore. In Los Angeles, I would have given anything to go home to Orenda, my world where magic was alive and nature spoke to me. Now that I'm back I feel out of place, burdened with responsibility. The human part of me misses the simplicity of Earth, the mage part begs for connection with magic, and the demon part? I don't want to admit that exists. As the darkness inside me grows, Iโ€™ll learn to sacrifice for the greater good, as my people have always done. In order to save my family (both mage and human alike), I must face my nightmare, embrace the demon, and descend into the shadowy world of my enemyโ€”the Hell of the Damned. Once there, I will have nothing left to fear but myself: Edmund Gavel, human, mage, demon... maybe monster.
