I really enjoyed A Lovely Obsession and couldn’t wait to get my hands on this book so I could finish the duet. I did enjoy it however it felt rushed and I hated who Roe became in those 5 years. I liked the growth we get in Hunter and how he was able to step back so Roe could find herself. We get sexual tension and release, action and a lot of pushing and pulling between them. I wish it wasn’t so rushed in places but overall I enjoyed their story and the plot.
