I loved the concept of this story, ordinary girl meets prince ❤. This could easily have been cheesy but it really wasn't. Leia was such a likeable character. A young single mum who is working so hard to overcome her past. She is a bit of a clutz and often says the first thing that comes into her head. Prince Oliver bursts into her safe life with the intensity of a sledgehammer. He may be a prince but he's written in such a way that he comes across as quite normal. His life is changing, he's looking for something he's just not sure what.

On the surface this story seems like an easy read however as you dig deeper there are some very real life issues dealt with. Anna did an excellent job of mixing the lighthearted love story with the heavier issues. The press intrusion they face was just one aspect that was done so realistically.

This was a well written story that left me wanting more. Hopefully we don't have to wait long for book two.
