Part two of The Illusions duet, Deirdre has left and like Gideon I'm a mess. The conclusion to this series is a heart pounding fast paced exhilarating ride. My emotions were over the place for the majority of the book. My admiration for Deirdre's character increased so much and Gideon proved himself over and over. This is darker and more emotional than book one but to complete the story it needed to be. This is an author that I'll be checking out past and future books.
