In a world where I had no say, violence became my refuge, and nothing else mattered.
Not even my own life.
Until her.
Skyler Bell.
It all started the first time I heard that voice. Giving me hope for tomorrow. My first love was everything all at once.
Consuming.
Maddening.
Forever.
Mine.
Except, I never imagined there were secrets that needed to be shared. Lies that needed to be confessed. Truths that needed to be told.
Demons that needed to be buried.
Once I realized the depth, the longing, the sadness and sorrow in her eyes mirrored mine, it was too late. Love didn't come to me as heartbreak, it came as everything I've ever wanted. Walking away wasn't an option, but it was the only choice I had.

I finally found the price of love and it cost me...
My soul.

UNITED INDIE BOOK BLOG REVIEW
REVIEWER: MICHELLE
RATING: 4 STARS
I had a liking to Noah when I read Road to. Where and It Ends Here.  My heart went out to him for all that he went through, all the hardships that he endured to make him “lost”.  It was great to see him finally get his HEA!

It took a long time to get there though. And by long, I mean this story is long. Lol!  Maybe a little longer than it really needed to be, with so much going on.  Not only with him, but with Skylar as well.

I’ve only read RTN and IEH by M Robinson, but it seems she does wrote some really steamy scenes in all her book. Noah is a big dirty talker, just what you want in a steamy book!  He also has a sailor mouth, lol.  That’s to be expected as well, growing up in the MC that his father was president of.

I think the storyline was good, and the writing as well, but the few things that bothered me was I didn’t like the language from them as a child.  I don’t like when a 12 yr old boy talks about getting his d*** wet, and the things he did at that age.  I guess that’s the mom of a 14 yr old boy in me. Lol.   And the stuff that goes in inside the MC clubhouse is a little atrocious.   I don’t know if that’s true, or what goes on in a MC since I haven’t read many MC books. Lol.

The second thing, I know Skylars past had to be what it was for the story to unfold the way it did, but it just struck me that the things she did, at the ages she did, would be illegal. 🤷🏼‍♀️.   (Not to give much away, but an underage girl - meaning she’s not 18 - probably wouldn’t be posing provocatively for a Calvin Klein ad on a billboard in just her bra and panties, nor starring in a movie at, almost 14 I think it was, that was sexually explicit) But again, I don’t know since I don’t know how hollywood works. And this is fiction, so I guess it doesn’t matter wether or not it would be illegal or not.

I also think Noah’s character changed a little from the beginning to the ending.  He’s always been ruthless, saying what he wants, to whomever he wants and not caring one way or the other about the ramifications of his actions.  The last half of the story, he just doesn’t seem the hardcore Noah we’ve come to know and love. He seems softer. Not saying thing or doing things to Keith (which I totally expected several one in the story lol) because Skylar asked him not too and instead of saying they were f****** he referred to it as making love.  But, I guess his love for Skylar changed him in some ways. It could happen.  It was just weird hearing him saying making love lol.

All in all, it wasn’t a bad story.  So much happens. And my heart hurt for them both throughout the story. And that’s the main thing about reading, right? For the author to invoke emotions out of their readers?  Well, this book sure did. A lot of different emotions lol!

My body molded perfectly against his like I was made just for him, only him. It was the most overwhelming, mind blowing, consuming feeling I’d ever felt in my entire life. There would be no coming back from this.
From him.
From us.
Ruining me for any other guy. He slowly parted his lips, beckoning me to do the same. I followed his lead, imitating the same rhythm he set. His tongue traced my swollen lips, and it left the craziest sensation in its wake. A tingly fire that only he could put out. I’d never be able to lick my lips and not think of this very moment. It would be lodged next to my heart where he belonged.
I pulled back my tongue, and he took it as an open invitation to gently push his into my awaiting mouth. Seeking mine out, turning this kiss into something more than I could have ever imagined it could be.
No words came close to describing what was happening between us. The feelings he stirred deep within my mind, my soul, matching my emotions with each stroke of his tongue and lips. This push and pull was as uncontrollable as where fate wanted to take us. I never wanted him to stop kissing me.
Not for a second.
A year.
A lifetime.
Noah’s lips were meant to be on mine. My body was meant to be beneath his. Our hearts were meant to be together.
I was his girl.
I had always been his girl.
