Amazing is the only word I can describe this story. Abigail tough, strong, yet soft, sweet and looking for love. Elijah strong, alpha, misunderstood, and hiding from his past. These two people come from two different worlds one has known nothing but love and compassion her whole life and the other was raised in pain, horror and left to defend himself at a young age. This story took me and my emotions on a rollercoaster that was breaking my heart. Ms. Gray wrote a beautiful story of finding love and healing a man who thought he wasn’t good enough to be loved. Reading this story, I went through a few emotions and I have to say that I have no regrets about this book.
The plot, the characters, the scenery. I loved everything about this book. The author did such a good job portraying the characters and each of their struggles and heartaches that you can feel the emotions rolling off the page. Abigail and Elijah love will touch even the coldest hearts because no one can resist not only the passion and chemistry of the two but their whole story is pretty amazing. Overcoming their struggles together and overcoming the obstacles of their hometown and the people working against them. This story will make you rethink what love is and how wonderful it is when it is just right. It was just a great story and I hope anyone who reads this will love it as much as I did.
