Southern Sweets gives you a little bit of everything. There is some drama, romance and some steamy passion. Honestly I loved every second of this story it hooked me in the first chapter and did not let me go. Amelia and Tanner both have their struggles and even though they might not be your everyday ones they go through life twist and turns and together find their happiness.
Southern Sweets is a book that will actually surprise you about how good it is. This is actually my first book by Ms. Cori but it will not be my last because everything from the plot, characters, how this book was written just drew me in and left me wanting to read more and find out about other characters. The passion, the intense chemistry between the two main characters is so good. Yes, there is drama and outside forces that happen but it just makes their journey to each other so worth it.
This book is a must read for those who like a story that’s full of ups and down and that the characters have to work their way to their HEA. This book has made the list of one of my favorites this year so far. Southern Sweets is definitely something to sink your teeth in if you’re looking for your next romance. story.

Cori Williams is a contemporary romance writer who recently relocated from Michigan to southern living in the mountains of North Carolina.
