There's another player</

And Mark's not done with her yet...
Volume 1:
A flash of green eyes, and then...he was
gone.
Mysterious, secluded, powerful, seductive.
Mark Rich shows up in a gallery, and then at a party, and then in Saturday’s dreams.
Wealthy? Yes. Sexy? God, yes.
But who is he? Ostensibly, he appears to be a jack-of-all-trades – a
multifaceted Renaissance man.
Her artistic heart will follow him to the depths of his realm, to a world of beauty, art
and desire in which she so desperately wants entry.
But Mark has a dark secret...deeper than any shadow Saturday has ever
encountered.
Blinded by a craving she has never known, will she find the strength to remove
the mask and look past her heart into a reality that may shatter her?

Behind the Blindfold (Volume 1)
This was a great debut novel! I am so happy every time I read a new author's book and enjoy it. Behind the Blindfold was a quick and entertaining read. I enjoyed it.
Saturday is single. She is very into art but always has been very shy of presenting her own paintings to the public eye. She accidentally bumps into a handsome stranger during a shopping spree in the market and he makes an impression. He is gone before she can even get to talk to him.
Another chance meeting in the art gallery she works at brings her again face to face with the handsome but mysterious stranger.
Mark Rich is an enigma. Incredibly handsome, he attracts Saturday's attention immediately and lust blossoms between them. Scorching chemistry brings them together but Mark is reserved, only appearing when he likes, only doing what he wants. Saturday is put off by his behavior and decides to safeguard her heart from the dark, gorgeous Mark. Will he let her? Will he open up and finally tell her about who he is? About what he does?
When Saturday finally finds out, will it be what she imagined or not? Is Mark a safe choice?
I liked the writing, the plot was refreshing, especially Mark's hobby and I am so glad that I don't have to wait to read the next book.

Okay, I must admit I liked this conclusion very much!
The second book picks up right from where the first book ended. Saturday is trying to forget about Mark after the revelation at his house. Confused and hurt, she is dating, trying to push her time with Mark Rich to the back of her mind, but she cannot seem to be able to do so.
Mark is everywhere; in her thoughts, her memories and she can't seem to let go of of their brief past.
Axe seems like a good distraction but still, Saturday is stuck in her relationship with Rich. It doesn't help that he keeps trying to contact her. He wants to explain but will Saturday allow him to get close again? Will things work between them and what is Mark really hiding?
I loved the writing and I think this book answered a lot of questions! The perfect conclusion to the series! I really loved Mark. There was such a mystery and darkness about him...but also vulnerability. He came a long way! Bravo to the author for that.
