Right from the beginning I was drawn into Lotus and Orion's story. It's heartbreaking at times with their highs and lows. I really enjoyed the flashbacks and how they enhance the story and our connection to the characters. I felt their pain, joy and love for each other. I felt connected to not just Orion and Lotus but Cole and the other supporting characters. TL Smith's writing is smooth, engaging and a pleasure to read.
