Blurb

Fear—it’s swallowing me whole.

The worry is always there of people finding out my secret.

But she knew. The second we were alone…. she figured me out.

My life has been one catastrophe after another, people judging without knowing me.
I’m rude, obnoxious, stubborn, but that’s all to hide the pain of my demons.

The pain of my childhood.

No one knows why I’m the way I am. Except for my twin, but even he doesn’t know the extent of my despair.

No one knew until Zaria Shafir came into our lives. Oscar-winning A-lister and actress extraordinaire.

She saw right through me—through the bravado, through the act—she saw me.
The thing is… she’s just as good at acting as I am. The diva attitude she throws around demanding everything like she owns the world.
I see through her, too.

We both have demons in our past.

Will they keep us from having a future?

UNITED INDIE BOOK BLOG REVIEW
REVIEWER: AMY
RATING: 5 STARS
Here's the deal, I absolutely loved the first two books but I knew there was something sleepwalk about Nate.. I was so right. Nate is the quiet in the background kinda guy. He has insecurities that hold him, he lacks confidence in himself and his abilities. He knows he's good at drums but the lack of confidence at other things hold him back. Zaria comes off as a diva or as some may call her a bitch. There's so much more to her then what she shows on the outside. She's playing a part, a part she hates but was forced to do. She has to really prove herself in this book especially to Nate's friends. She is a great balance for him. The real Reason is sweet, kind, patient, loving and funny. Only Nate gets to see that side of her at first. She teaches him many things but most of it is to have that confidence in yourself. Not everything is happy though.. Remember they hired her for a music video.. her and Danger get super cozy..Lunar and Nate aren't comfortable and it causes some issues between them. I'm not gonna say anymore cause you need to read for yourself. Nate, Ria and the other characters are great, funny people you can see yourself hanging out with. I can't wait to read Matt and Alex's book. I'm also secretly hoping that whisper makes an appearance in it as well. That guy cracked me up so much.. "there's my sexy boys" and everytime he'd raise the price.. oh man he was hilarious. You can read this as a standalone but I'd encourage you to read them in order and fall in love with group of friends just like I did!

They say I have the voice of an angel. I almost gave all that up, thanks to a traumatic experience at the start of my career. Instead of letting it define me, I chose to rise above. While the attraction is there for me as well, I don’t need any distractions right now. Austin Jones Focused. Driven. Death of the Spirit (Crossing Death #2) by Rick Chiantaretto Blog Tour

Death of the Spirit *Crossing Death #2* Genre~Dark Fantasy/Occult I have no idea who I am anymore. In Los Angeles, I would have given anything to go home to Orenda, my world where magic was alive and nature spoke to me. Now that I'm back I feel out of place, burdened with responsibility. The human part of me misses the simplicity of Earth, the mage part begs for connection with magic, and the demon part? I don't want to admit that exists. As the darkness inside me grows, I’ll learn to sacrifice for the greater good, as my people have always done. In order to save my family (both mage and human alike), I must face my nightmare, embrace the demon, and descend into the shadowy world of my enemy—the Hell of the Damned. Once there, I will have nothing left to fear but myself: Edmund Gavel, human, mage, demon... maybe monster.
