Max and the Prince by R.J. Scott
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
Another amazing story from RJ Scott in the Bodyguard Inc. series. Scott draws you into the everyday life of the bodyguards and their charges. Lucien is the black sheep of his rich royal family and max being the shortest of his colleague’s feels the same. This story takes you into the world the world of deceit and murder.
Lucien is used to being the black sheep of his family and when he starts receiving letters he doesn’t know what to do but his over protective family security guard does and that’s where Max comes in. Max and Lucien both deal with their insecurities and they overcome them to make their relationship to that level where they know they don’t need anything if they have each other. But doing all this there is still a hidden danger to Lucien and while Max has to battle not letting his heart over interfere with his job he knows it’s hard.
This book took me on a journey with through them finding love, beating the odds, and making what they have all the while weeding out the one that is hunting Lucien. I definitely enjoyed this story through till the end. I would recommend this story especially if the reader is looking for something more than sex and passion. Rj Scott gives a story that will keep you in it till the end .
