I’m an "Indie" Adult Contemporary Romance author. A thought occurred to me in December of 2012 that maybe I could write a romance novel. So, I went to work with the encouragement of my husband and my sister-in-law.

It didn’t take long to figure out that I really enjoy writing. I published my debut novel Take A Chance in October of 2013.

I've been married to my wonderful husband since 1996, and I love being a stay-at-home mom to our two teenage boys. I was born and raised in Michigan, but currently live in sunny California.

I’m a self-published author, and it’s been an amazing, crazy, wonderful journey.

I thought I loved the first one but this one really stole my heart. Kate, Cooper and Sadie are super adorable together. First before you wonder why I included the dog's name(Sadie), let me explain. Kate has been working hard since rehab to prove herself to her brother and she is getting stronger everyday. A walk on the beach and she meets a gorgeous guy with a dog. The dog, Miss Sadie, forms a connection with Kate. She is her protector. She also helps Kate form a friendship with Cooper. They start spending every morning together. This in turn makes them stronger and soon feelings are acted upon. River shows his ugly head but soon realizes the what everyone else is seeing and apologizes. The bond that these two have is remarkable. Cooper pushes Kate to be happy and choose what she wants in her life, while Kate shows him how to love again. There is so many swoon worthy moments in this book and a kind of scary one as well. This was very well written and the flow was steady. I have fallen in love with yet another book by Annalisa Nicole.
