Broken Love follows Abby, a girl with a troubled past who is trying to survive and Ben, your sexy white knight well police officer. I'm always a sucker for single parents and the person that not only falls in love with the parent but also the child(ren), I think that it takes a special person to love someone else's child. Abby's characters is a developed beautifully and we get to watch her start as a victim and became a woman who not only loves herself but sees that she is worthy of being loved, a survivor. I love Ben, he is a wonderful father, caring and patient with Abby. He doesn't ever push and allows Abby to find herself in her own time.

There are some triggers in the Broken Love, they are written with respect and you can feel the raw emotions from the characters, we aren't given the heartbreaking details but you can feel the emotions that is involved. The storyline is well written and packed full of emotions, get your tissues and chocolate ready. Evan Grace can write a heartbreakingly beautiful story that keeps the reader engaged right up to the end.
